Ascension is the great homecoming.

Ascension is the deeply transformative experience of awakening to, and remembrance of, who you truly are at a spiritual level. It is the embodiment of your Highest Self.

Welcome to Planet Earth

We all birth into this playground, this realm, and forget who we really are. It’s a prerequisite for being here – once the veils of amnesia settle in, we forget who we are and begin our lives, planet-side. But the truth is that all of us are magnificent sparks of Source, of the Divine. The very nature of this playground, this illusion, is to make you think you are separate from the Divine so that you can evolve, grow and bring all of that information back to Source. But you are not separate from the Divine.

You forget, and experiences, sometimes not so pleasant, happen and you may assume, for lack of a better word, a defeated position. But the truth is, no matter what has happened to you in your life, you are still that divine spark. And over many lifetimes that divine spark grows as your consciousness evolves.

Before we are born we all decide on the role that we are going to play and we put on our costume. But you are not the costume. And this costume or role - you’ve changed it over thousands upon thousands of lifetimes - is not the essence of who you are.

You are radiant, remarkable light. You’ve just forgotten it. Ascension work helps you to remember the truth of who you are. Each journey is a journey home, and your Higher Self tunes you to the frequency of who you really are. As you step into an empowered state, anything that is binding or holding you back, any obstacles to embodying that state will show themselves over the course of your ascension work. You’ll also see what parts of yourself you may have lost or given up so, using shamanic soul retrieval, you can reunite with this essence to embrace a deeper wholeness and sovereignty.

Ascension is the remembrance of who you really are at a very deep and core level.

It started out as a normal day in journey space. I was working with my guides and was presented with the option to step onto my own ascension pathway. I took it and haven’t been the same since.

Each ascension journey brought me closer to the remembrance of who I am. Some of the journeys were straight-forward - just a tuning to myself and walking forward with the intention to go to the next step in my ascension. Then other journeys would show me what needed to be healed - whether that was old energies, vows, and agreements that no longer served me or my own missing soul essence that was ready to return home. This allowed me to step into deeper and deeper levels of energetic sovereignty.

I’ve had moments of enormous bliss, joy and love - moments where I felt like a big puddle of love and connected to everything. Moments when I knew without a doubt that I am more than just this human having daily experiences and could feel the fullness of my consciousness. I finally understood the statement “I am”. I understood where I gave away my power and reconnected with the fullness of me. I brought home my own core essence and finally started to understand and embody who I really am – this is why my Helping Spirits refer to ascension as the great homecoming.

While each person’s experience with ascension work is unique, ascension is a navigable process that can be navigated with compassion, wisdom, and shamanic tools. You don't have to walk this path alone.

As you do The Ascension Journey™ on a regular basis, you will see what needs to be healed and the next step in your own spiritual journey. With The Ascension Journey training, we’ll cover the following:

  • The basics of ascension

  • The nature of the soul

  • Meet an ascension guide and begin ascension work!

  • Develop a language with your ascension guide to interpret your ascension journeys

  • Understand sovereignty and how to use ascension work as a tool to achieve sovereignty.

Pre-requisite: Shamanic Journeying ability. You can obtain this through an independent shamanic journey class or Introduction to Journeying. Introduction to Journeying is an introduction to this beautiful art and provided for those who would like to learn The Ascension Journey in order to do ascension work.

Mentoring + Healing

As you do The Ascension Journey on a regular basis, you will see what needs to be healed. Using classic shamanic healing techniques, we will work with Spirit to clear what is blocking your path, so you are free to continue to ascend to higher levels of love and light.

I offer a mentoring service to provide coaching as you do your ascension work. We can discuss your journeys, any obstacles or blocks that you are having and, if applicable, I can do any shamanic healing work needed.

Mentoring + Shamanic Healing Session - $225 (session runs 60-90 minutes)

    Ascension is the ongoing process of integrating and embodying that consciousness or awareness into daily life.

    Awakening is like the alarm clock that goes off in the morning - ascension is realizing you can’t go back to sleep, getting up and starting the journey home to embody your Highest Self.

  • Ascension and sovereignty are closely related. Ascension is a tool that can help you step more fully into your sovereignty. Sovereignty can be a by-product of ascension work. As you progress on your ascension work and embody more of your own light and Highest Self, you will naturally become more sovereign. You will become more filled with your own Light which leaves little room for external frequencies to enter your energy field.

  • Anyone who is on an ascension path and wants to step into their own personal power, embody their Highest Self or become more sovereign.

  • I spent 5 years doing heavy ascension work but had significant challenges in another area of my life that I was sorting through as well (and the ascension work helped me clear these significant challenges).

    You may be able to move faster, or it may take more time. The important thing is to just start. This is incredibly profound work that can lead to deep transformation. The best gift you can give yourself and the world is to embody the light of your Highest Self.
