Learn the basics of the shamanic journey in this 6-hour class. This workshop is designed to provide an initial connection to the Helping Spirits so you can start working with Spirit. It is an incredibly empowering tool that will connect you with the wisdom of the spiritual realms. We’ll cover the following:
What shamanism is and the Shamanic Cosmology
Calling in Sacred Space and setting the stage for a good journey
How to ask a good question or requests
Journey to Lower World to meet a power animal
Journey to Upper World to meet a teacher or a guide
Journey to the Middle World to meet a Middle World guide
Additional journeys with your real-world questions
Prerequisite: None. This workshop qualifies as a pre-requisite for The Ascension Journey™ training. If you are looking for a longer journey workshop (and I recommend at some point fully immersing yourself in this beautiful art), please reach out and I will be happy to provide recommendations.

Prerequisite:
Shamanic journeying ability
You can obtain this through an independent shamanic journey class or Introduction to Journeying (see above). Introduction to Journeying is an introduction to this beautiful art and provided for those who would like to learn The Ascension Journey in order to do ascension work.
If you are looking for a longer journey workshop (and I recommend at some point fully immersing yourself in this beautiful art), please reach out and I will be happy to provide recommendations.
